DECISION

of People’s Committee of Nghe An Province

on issuance of Regulation on measures for investment incentives
in Nghe An Province

PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF NGHE AN PROVINCE

- Pursuant to the Law on organization of People’s Councils and People’s Committees (amendment) approved by the National Assembly on 21 June 1994.

- Pursuant to the Law on encouragement of domestic investment (amendment) 03/1998/QH.10 dated 20 May 1998 and Decree 51/1999/ND-CP of the Government dated 08 July 1999 providing detailed regulations on implementation of the Law on encouragement of domestic investment.

- Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam (amendment and supplement) approved by the National Assembly on 09 June 2000 and Decree 24/2000/ND-CP of the Government dated 31 July 2000 providing detailed regulations on implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam.

- Following the proposal of the Head of Office of Planning and Investment.

DECIDES

Article I:  To issue herewith Regulation on measures for investment incentives in Nghe An Province.

Article II: This Decision shall replace Decision 33/2000/QD-UB dated on 10 April 2001 and Decision 34/2001 dated on 10 April 2001 of the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province on promulgating some regulations on domestic investment mobilization and attract foreign investment in Nghe An Province.

Article III: This Decision shall be of full force and effect after fifteen (15) days from the date of signing.

The Chief of Office of Provincial People’s Council and Provincial People’s Committee; the Heads of bodies at the provincial level; the Chairman of People’s Committees of districts and towns; the Heads of related bodies and related persons shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
